Recruitment Specialist (Remote)

Tutor Me Education is reshaping how students learn! We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to work in partnership with the recruitment manager and other internal managers, with a focus on improving and implementing the current recruitment process.

Requirements

• 3+ Years of experience as a recruiter for U.S. hires
• Experience recruiting high volume candidates
• Must be willing to work the night shift
• Must have exceptional communication skills
• Experience using Workable preferred
• Experience hiring educators preferred
• Experience expanding recruitment initiatives to get more candidates preferred
