Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Operations & Compliance Manager to support our compliance operations. This role involves managing complex, high-volume processes, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and outside counsel, and ensuring compliance with district contracts, insurance requirements, background checks, vendor agreements, and RFP submissions.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in legal operations, commercial operations, contracts management, compliance, or similar operational role
- Strong project management instincts with the ability to juggle multiple parallel workflows
- Experience coordinating with external legal counsel
- High attention to detail and comfort owning process end-to-end
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building systems from scratch
