The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance team, ensuring that all manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure are operating safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance tasks to ensure minimal downtime and efficient operations.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout and confined space protocols.
- Maintain and improve facility systems including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and facilities teams to resolve issues and plan maintenance work.
- Monitor and maintain documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and breakdowns.
- Safely operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and JLG-type lifts.
- Ensure proper training and development of maintenance team members.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.
