As a Mechanical Engineer, Level II or III, you will play a pivotal role in the Engineering/Design/Drafting sphere, spearheading the development and maintenance of new and existing products while providing expert engineering support across all product lines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in machine and fixture design/drafting, demonstrating a track record of leadership and impactful contributions.
- Mastery in SolidWorks 3D modeling, developing complex 2D drawings, and creating intricate 3D assemblies.
- Extensive experience with SolidWorks design tables in assemblies and drawings; proficiency in Doc-Vault PDM procedures is highly desirable.
- CNC Programming expertise, particularly with Hass CNC Centers and CamWorks, is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional analytical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle the most complex challenges.
- Outstanding organizational skills and a proactive, self-directed approach to project management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information and lead discussions across all organizational levels and departments.
