Job Description
This position is accountable and responsible for providing profitable growth utilizing innovative management techniques. In addition, Branch Managers are directly responsible for protecting the branch facility assets, creating and monitoring the branch budget and maintaining a high level of ethics in all transactions.
Requirements
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all branch personnel
- Develop a growing and profitable business
- Knowledge of market conditions, key customers and competitive conditions
- Recommends pricing and sales effort to the local market
- Coordinates sales and operations in accordance with policies and procedures established by management
- Own and manage all aspects of branch Profit and Loss
- Ensure efficient and effective execution of branch policies and procedures
