Job Description
TW1 is a Swiss investment company specializing in sustainable takeover and development of family-owned businesses. The Corporate Development/PMI Manager will contribute to the integration of new acquisitions and development of existing investments.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Development, PE, Consulting, or a comparable role
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate strategy, business model analysis, and a deep understanding of operational processes in growth companies
- Leadership experience or strong ambition to take over responsibility for teams
- Hands-on mentality with a focus on implementation, result orientation, and high personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills in German and English, Swiss German a plus
