We are seeking an AI Data Strategy Lead to own and drive the data strategy for an entire TWG business unit, ensuring a strong, accessible data foundation for AI use cases and agentic workflows across the enterprise.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary data strategy owner for an assigned business unit, with end-to-end accountability for ensuring data readiness across all AI initiatives within that business.
- Conduct comprehensive data AI-readiness assessments—evaluating the extent, quality, suitability, and accessibility of data needed to support priority use cases.
- Define data roadmaps and integration priorities that align with business objectives and the evolving needs of the AI program.
- Establish data governance frameworks, quality standards, and best practices tailored to AI/ML and agentic workflows.
