Associate Engineer, AI Engineering

We drive innovation and business transformation across various industries by leveraging data and AI as core assets, with a focus on responsible data and AI practices and decentralized structure. We're seeking an Associate Engineer, AI Engineering to help build agentic AI systems for our customers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building real-world AI applications, including agent workflows, orchestration logic, and modern LLM frameworks
• Strong backend and systems fundamentals (APIs, scalability, cloud, CI/CD); React and/or Java experience a plus
• Strong proficiency in application development, including state management and component architecture
• Solid understanding of database design, with experience in relational databases like MySQL
• Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices, and modern system design patterns
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to write clean, well-tested, maintainable code across the stack
• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
