Senior Solutions Engineer (French Speaker)

We're looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Twilio Communications EMEA team. As a technical pre-sales engineer, you'll work with customers to deliver technical wins and product fits. You'll build trusted advisor relationships, develop subject matter expertise, and contribute to the wider Solutions Engineer community.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in a technical pre-sales role in CPaaS, SaaS or Telecom space
• Solid understanding and experience of the sales cycle and the role of a pre-sales engineer
• Solid understanding of voice protocols (VoIP), SIP implementations or messaging APIs
• Fluent French speaker
