Staff Product Manager - Core Commerce Platform

Twilio is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the evolution of its Core Commerce Platform into a highly productized, extensible engine that powers its global revenue.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience
• at least 4 years focused on commerce, billing, or financial platforms at scale
• Strong technical acumen with experience in APIs, extensible platforms, and complex system design
• Data-driven decision maker with a track record of defining KPIs and measuring platform success
• Excellent communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills
• Experience with SaaS, large-scale platforms, or multi-product ecosystems
• Deep experience with Agile and related agile tooling
