Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for building, installing, maintaining, and repairing production and building equipment. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, replacing parts, and following a preventative maintenance schedule.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 3+ years of experience or Technical Associates degree and 2 years experience
- Read and understand shop orders and blueprints, safety rules, standard work instructions, electrical diagrams and schematics, test sheets, completion sheets and quality assurance sheets
- Basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to use hand tools in a safe and proper manner
- Ability to read and speak English a plus
