We're seeking an Accommodation Officer to oversee Twin's diverse accommodation options and ensure smooth operations and student satisfaction. The role involves coordinating and managing accommodation, database management, student placement, and providing excellent service to students.

Requirements

• Oversee Twin's diverse accommodation options
• Manage accommodation provider database
• Match students with suitable accommodations using cutting-edge software
• Meet with students, address concerns, and build strong relationships
• Handle accommodation issues outside regular hours
• Monitor, record, and report feedback to enhance services
• Recruit new host families and conduct inspections
• Provide absence cover for colleagues and collaborate with team
