- Conducting office tours and orientations
- Managing office social media
- Greeting walk-in clients
- Ordering, distributing, and displaying business cards for new clinicians
- Providing backup and support for Psych Services
- Helping facilitate on site trainings, Lunch & Learns, and staff celebrations
- Attending in-person and online job fairs
- Helping plan, advertise, and execute quarterly staff events
- Accurately documenting all client contact in EHR system
- Sends faxes and prints and mails documents as requested
- Managing confidential information and treating clients and clinicians as VIPs
