Requirements
- Providing professional, customer-focused support to business and residential customers
- Promoting broadband, voice, mobile, security, and video services to customers
- Assisting customers with billing inquiries, new service requests, service plan changes, disconnects, and account upgrades
- Receiving and processing customer payments
- Maintaining customer records, service agreements, and required documentation
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Promoting Twin Lakes products and services when working at community events
