Job Description
Twitch is looking for a UX Designer to join their Monetization team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on content discovery and engagement experiences. They will collaborate with a cross-functional team to design thoughtful monetization experiences that balance business goals with creator and viewer trust.
Requirements
- 3+ years of practical experience in UX design with an emphasis on content discovery and/or content engagement experiences
- Demonstrated interaction design and visual craft skills including experience with prototyping mobile experiences
- Demonstrated skills collaborating closely with other designers, researchers, product managers and engineers
- An aesthetic sense and the ability to make confident decisions
- Demonstrated empathy for the people using your software or products
- Expertise with Figma
- Experience in E-Commerce/Monetization
