The ideal candidate will lead design across multiple squads, shape the end-to-end experience, and drive improvements to the design system.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product design experience
• Experience in B2B SaaS or data-heavy products
• Strong interaction design fundamentals
• Strong visual design craft
• Experience with system design
• Strong prototyping abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• A track record of operating autonomously and leading design across multiple squads
