Tech Lead

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to drive the technical delivery of digital products and solutions for our clients. As a hands-on leader, you will own the engineering quality of various solutions, guide teams through best practices, and ensure projects align with broader architectural and platform standards.

Requirements

• Hands on development responsibilities with clear leadership and accountability of the end-to-end engineering delivery of projects
• Close collaboration with technology leadership roles to ensure decision making remains aligned with architectural governance, security requirements, and other guidelines
• Mentor engineers across the team, fostering growth in technical skills, engineering quality, and delivery practices
• Act as a key technical contact point for client stakeholders, third-party vendors, and internal teams
• Ensure solutions follow security guidelines and contribute to threat modelling and secure-by-design practices
