Customer Support Executive ( Native Japanese / JLPT N1 Speaker)

We are hiring Japanese Customer Support Executives for our online shopping platform in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. You will handle customer queries via chat, email, and calls in Japanese and work in rotational shifts to support global customers.

Requirements

• JLPT N1 certification or native Japanese speaker
• Open to all nationalities
• Willingness to relocate to Malaysia
