Responsible for the overall function and requirements of the production at designated plant, confirm products status and monitor production achievement against target, initiate and lead continuous improvement activities and culture, ensure compliances to all the company rules, procedures and regulations among team members, promote positive culture and teamwork among team members, working together with HR Team to offer career and training development for team members.
