The Marketing Director will be accountable for the overall marketing, service and profitability of the marketing department, charting the growth of the department and achieving its objectives.
Requirements
- Course consultation to potential students by understanding their interest and recommending the suitable programs to them
- Selling and recruiting students for the designated Postgraduate programs
- Attend to enquiries through phone, email, walk in and website
- Constant follow up calls or meet ups from current database
- Email ‘reminders’ to create awareness of ongoing intake and programs
- Participate and contribute in education fair, program preview, corporate presentation and etc
- Follow up on the student’s application for MBA’S and supporting documents
- Follow up with registry department for EPF and offer letter, student ID and other necessary documents after student’s application
- Execution of overall marketing strategies and contribute to the objectives of the postgraduate programs
- Follow up on student’s refund, unpaid tuition fees and bank draft during enrollment
- Ensure proper management of enquiry database
- Sourcing for new database by conducting research via website visit and cold emailing to identify potential students to be recruited
- Develop potential student database
- Prepare rival analysis / market comparison of competitor’s programs
- Flexible to produce quality work within stipulated dateline
- Willing to contribute additional hours during seasonal and events
- Supporting Superior and acting on behalf (as needed) on performing his/her duties
- To carry out such duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Superior or persons acting on behalf of company
