Job Description
The Product Manager role involves working with various teams, including Legal Recruiting and Development, HR/Benefits, and Finance to elicit, document and translate specifications on applications for the departments. This individual will translate the specifications into functional and technical requirements, utilizing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, working between the Custom Development and Packaged Solutions teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with IT Product Management
- Experience working on HR Technology (HCM, HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.) and/or Financial Systems
- Professional services experience is a nice to have
