UI Developer

We are seeking a UI Developer with strong experience in react.js, FTL, and Advance JS for a long term contract position in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional software development experience with front-end web development and a strong understanding of visual and interactive design discipline.

Requirements

• Strong Experience on react.js, FTL and Advance JS.
• At least 8+ years of professional software development experience with front-end web development (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX and Node.js).
• Understanding of source version control software and package managers (SVN, Git, and NPM).
• Fundamental visual and interactive design discipline.
• Web standards to build solutions using semantic markup, templates (Handlebars), and Sass.
• Major browsers and special considerations required.
• Competent JavaScript programmer without relying on libraries for innovative interactions.
• Interplay between JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with ability to dynamically build, modify, and style elements on a page.
• Front-end build tools such as gulp, webpack, and Sass.
• GL SL experience a plus.
• Comfortable working within tight deadlines to solve critical issues.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to take the initiative to solve problems.
• Experience building responsive or mobile-first sites.
• Experience with localization.
• Contribution to existing JavaScript libraries used on a wide scale.
