Senior AI Project Manager - Consulting (m/w/d)

You will lead AI/GenAI projects at several customers from discovery & scoping to productive implementation and rollout, working closely with experts from AI, data science, engineering, and consulting. Key responsibilities include project leadership, expert elaboration, and implementation of AI solutions, as well as steering of stakeholders and active risk management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in leading and/or implementing complex digital/data/AI projects (ideally consulting)
• Understanding of AI projects on a foundational level: LLM/GenAI, RAG, evaluation/quality, data access, integration,...
• Strong communication and moderation skills, C-level capable
• High structure, ownership, and hands-on mindset ('Doer not just Manager')
• Fluent German skills (C1+), good English
