Outside Sales

The Outside Sales Representative generates leads and drives sales by building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers, utilizing persuasive negotiation skills to close sales, and continually meeting or exceeding sales targets set by TWRS.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience with industrial B2B sales
• Previous experience with CRM software
• Prioritization and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in administrative tasks and documentation
• Professionalism in all situations in the workplace and when working with customers
• Ability to maintain an organized and clean work environment
