Assistant Clinical Professor - School of Human Sciences

The School of Human Sciences at Texas Woman’s University invites applications for an Assistant Clinical Professor in Child Life. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, supervise students, and demonstrate clinical expertise as a child life specialist.

Requirements

• Earned master’s degree in Child Development or a closely related field
• Current credential as a Certified Child Life Specialist
• A minimum of 4,000 hours of work experience as a Certified Child Life Specialist
• Evidence of successful teaching experience
• Record of demonstrated evidence of clinical expertise
• Experience supervising students in practicum or internship
• Willingness to engage in community/university partnerships
