Job Description
The Associate Director of the Center for Student Involvement is responsible for implementing the vision of an engaging student community through programming and innovative student organization development.
Requirements
- Provides strategic support and direction to student-led organizations/clubs
- Advises TWU’s Sorority and Fraternity community
- Develops and facilitates Greek programs, events, and retreats
- Provides direct oversight to major large-scale student and University-wide events
- Develops, maintains, and presents risk management training
- Serve as the primary administrator for myTWU, TWU’s app for student engagement
- Oversee all aspects of Risk Management policies and procedures
- Advises Service Initiatives
- Serves on University committees and represents the Division of Student Life at University events
- Cultivates and maintains collaborative partnerships across campus and in the community
