Job Description
The College of Nursing at Texas Woman’s University invites applications for the position of Associate Dean for Research and Clinical Scholarship. This senior-level faculty leader will drive the strategic vision for research growth and clinical scholarship within the college, advancing a culture of inquiry that supports both traditional research and practice-based contributions.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Nursing or a related health or social science discipline.
- Academic qualifications appropriate for appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Professor.
- Familiarity with NIH, HRSA, AHRQ, or foundation funding related to nursing, health equity, and rural or underserved populations.
- A strong record of externally funded research and scholarly dissemination.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring faculty and fostering scholarly growth.
- Evidence of leadership in a higher education or research-intensive healthcare setting.
- Experience or strong interest in promoting clinical scholarship.
- Editorial competency.
