The Coordinator of Physical Therapy Admissions is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the School of Physical Therapy and other special projects for the college.
Requirements
- Administers, manages, and oversees the CAS for the College of Health Sciences.
- Manages the CHS programs with primary focus on PT and OT.
- Acts as the Webadmit Administrator for the School of Physical Therapy.
- Serves as front-line support for applicants in the admissions process.
- Coordinates application review process with faculty and appropriate program administrators.
- Monitors application process.
- Collects data, maintains database, and prepares reports for Dean’s office staff in alignment with college and university processes.
- Trains reviewers in the application process and conducts training sessions, lead trainer.
- Supports and coordinates College programs’ involvement with Pioneer Preview Days, Graduate Fairs, and other university related events.
- Assists with summer and transfer orientations as needed.
- Sets up supplemental scoring systems for application reviews as needed.
