Plant Technician

This position is responsible for performing operations functions, preventive and corrective maintenance as applicable to job function to ensure proper functioning of plant equipment. The role promotes safe, effective, and reliable operation.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 4 - 6 years related experience in a power plant or industrial setting
• Familiarity with industrial sized pumps, motors, fans, bearings
• Knowledge of motor alignments and pump alignment, welding knowledge/skills required
• Ability to work four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days
• Successful completion of Tier 2 within primary skill for position job performance measure
