Associate Principal, Mechanical

We are seeking an Associate, Mechanical, in our St. Louis, MO office. The ideal person will have experience in Healthcare, Government, Education, Data Centers or Commercial Projects.

Requirements

• Maintain and grow client relationships
• Lead on complex projects
• Collaborate with Director of Operations on resource management for assigned projects
• Compile and write fee proposals, project interviews
• Manage scope, schedule and budget of assigned projects
• Coordinate schedules for all disciplines
• Lead project kickoff meeting
• Maintain reports and dashboard in Deltek Vision
• Consulting responsibilities including participation in due diligence, energy studies, and feasibility reports
• Represent Introba by attending meetings and presentations
• Design and engineer HVAC systems for new installations, system retrofits, system replacement, and system upgrades
