Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and registration as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT)
• 2–4 years of experience in roadway/highway design, with active involvement in OpenRoads Designer-based project delivery
• Proficiency with design platforms such as MicroStation, Civil 3D, and related transportation tools
• Understanding of line-item bid projects and transportation project workflows
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
• Experience working with DOTs, local agencies, or transit authorities is a plus
• Passion for problem-solving and a strong desire to grow as a professional
