Insurance Analyst

TYLin is a globally recognized, full-service infrastructure consulting firm committed to providing innovative, cost-effective, constructible designs for the global infrastructure market. We are seeking an Analyst, Insurance to support the management and execution of our global insurance program.

Requirements

• Support the annual renewal and placement of the global insurance program
• Serve as a key point of contact for brokers and carriers regarding policy administration
• Maintain and enhance processes, documentation standards, and internal controls related to insurance program administration
• Develop and manage reporting dashboards and tracking tools to improve visibility into policies, limits, renewals, and key risk metrics
• Lead or support implementation and optimization of insurance-related systems, tools, or workflows to improve efficiency and data integrity
• Partner with finance, operations, and legal team colleagues to ensure alignment between insurance program structure and evolving business needs
• Support due diligence and integration activities related to M&A from an insurance program perspective
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen governance, consistency, and operational discipline across regions
