TYLin is a globally recognized, full-service infrastructure consulting firm seeking a North America Region Counsel – Complex Contracts to support complex infrastructure projects and alternative delivery models across North America.
Requirements
- Law degree and active membership in a U.S. State or Canadian Provincial bar
- 9+ years of relevant experience in commercial, project, or infrastructure counsel roles
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiating complex construction and alternative delivery contracts
