Job Description
Landrum & Brown is a global aviation consulting firm seeking a Project Accountant responsible for end-to-end financial management, billing, administrative coordination, and compliance support across assigned projects.
Requirements
- Partner with Project Managers to support contract documents
- Maintain contract management fees and ensure accuracy of project financial records
- Set up and maintain project profiles and administrative data within Deltek Vision
- Monitor and interpret company financial metrics and assess overall project health
- Review project Work in Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable monthly to support timely billing and collections
- Provide ongoing administrative coordination and follow-up to ensure compliance with internal processes and contractual requirements
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance and the Project Accounting team on reporting, audits, close activities, and special initiatives as needed
