Project Controls Specialist (Scheduler)

TYLin is a globally recognized infrastructure consulting firm seeking a Project Controls Specialist (Scheduler) to work on various rail/transit projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, transportation, construction or project management
• A minimum of 7 years of related experience
• Proficient in Oracle-Primavera P6 Cloud and MS Project
• Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of project scheduling and CPM techniques
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods and standards
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering principles
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Proficient with the Microsoft Suite of products
• Experience with design and construction in a railroad environment
• Knowledge of Power BI
