Job Description
TYLin is seeking a senior Rail & Transit leader to build, shape, and scale a Northern California practice. The ideal candidate has significant experience in Rail & Transit, a strong track record in delivery and business growth, and the ability to manage P&L, forecasting, and operational performance.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Rail & Transit with a strong track record in delivery and business growth
- Ability to manage P&L, forecasting, and operational performance
- Experience building or scaling teams, groups, or regional practices
- Deep relationships across the Northern California transit ecosystem
- Background in complex, multidisciplinary rail/transit programs (systems, infrastructure, or both)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Systems, or related)
- PE license preferred
