Job Description
TYLin is seeking a Vice President to serve as the Northern California Sector Manager and the National Lead for Rail & Transit Systems. The successful candidate will lead regional operations, business development, and client engagement, and define and grow TYLin's systems engineering and technology capabilities across the U.S.
Requirements
- Lead business operations and performance across Northern California for TYLin's Rail & Transit sector
- Serve as national thought leader and technical authority in Rail & Transit Systems
- Oversee the delivery of large-scale, complex transit and rail projects
- Manage complex transit and rail infrastructure projects
- Develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence and backlog
- Mentor and grow a high-performing team of engineers, project managers, and business development professionals
