Influencer Marketing Specialist (Junior/Mid)

Join our furniture brand as an Influencer Marketing Specialist, where you will spearhead our influencer partnerships to elevate our brand presence in the furniture and home decor space.

Requirements

• Proven experience (min. 1-2 years) in influencer marketing or digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and emerging trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and key stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in tools and platforms for influencer discovery, campaign management, and performance tracking
• Fluent Polish and English (C1)
