Warehouse Supervisor

Tyndale is hiring an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead onsite 1st shift operations at our Bucks County based Distribution Center. This hands-on leader will take ownership of the Inbound departments—Receiving, Returns, and Quality—while also serving as a backup for Outbound operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years of supervisory experience working in a warehouse environment or 2+ years of related Tyndale experience as an Exemplary Contributor
• Proficient computer skills, including typing, internet navigation, and email communication
• Intermediate+ proficiency with Microsoft Excel and applications (Word/Outlook)
• Ability to effectively communicate information so that others will understand
• Brings a results-driven mindset with sharp attention to detail and a strong commitment to timely execution
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team
• Flexible availability, including occasional Saturdays and extended hours beyond the regular schedule
• Ability to operate material handling equipment, with forklift certification preferred
• Proficiently cross-trained in all key warehouse operations and functions, preferred
• Experience with MAS500 and/or a Warehouse Management System, required
• Multilingual (English/Spanish), preferred
