Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and persuasive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our client base. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, primarily U.S. and Canadian companies, who can benefit from hiring vetted, remote professionals in LATAM.
Requirements
- 3+ year of experience in a sales, outreach, or lead generation role
- Familiarity with recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR services
- Experience selling to North American markets
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach (email and LinkedIn)
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
