Team Lead AI Engineer

We are looking for a Team Lead AI Engineer to design, fine-tune, and deploy AI models and intelligent agent-based products, and to lead and mentor engineers in a remote Canadian startup.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing, training, and deploying AI/ML models (end-to-end lifecycle)
• Strong expertise in NLP, conversational AI, and agent-based architectures
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Familiarity with cloud deployment and scalable systems
• Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and manage a team
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher; accent is not an issue)
