Cost Analyst

The Cost Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and cost analysis for the plant. This position prepares daily, weekly, and monthly production cost reports, assists with budgeting and forecasting, and supports plant leadership with financial insights that drive operational performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or another related field
• Previous experience in Finance and/or Cost Accounting in a manufacturing/production environment
• Knowledgeable in the areas of GAAP, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, General Ledger Accounting, Payroll, and SOX
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SAP ERP systems
• Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to new working environments
