Job Description
The Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Supervisor plays a pivotal role in upholding quality standards for food products. This role involves engaging in variable work activities that demand sound judgment, including prioritization, result evaluation, and effective coordination with colleagues.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 1 year in a food manufacturing environment
- Prior supervisory experience
- HACCP/HARPC certifications
- Broad knowledge of HACCP, USDA, GMP, and SSOPs
- Basic computer skills
- SAP knowledge
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in cold/hot temperatures
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
