Manager Customer Development - Kroger & Harris Teeter

The selected candidate must be located in Cincinnati, OH and be local to Kroger. This position is responsible for selling Frozen Prepared Poultry and Frozen Raw Poultry products to Kroger and Harris Teeter, with a focus on growing market share and maintaining strong relationships within these established accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of professional experience required
• Experience working with Kroger required
• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Strong analytical skillset required, including forecasting, data analysis, and performance tracking
• Project management and strategic planning experience preferred
