Responsible for making precision cuts to carcass to remove hide only to achieve desired carcass yield, adhering to good safety practices and company policies.

Requirements

• 6 months of continuous employment in the last 18 months
• 6 months of relevant machine operator, warehouse, agricultural or production experience preferred
• Must be willing and able to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting/carrying up to 50lbs
