Mechanic Maintenance 1st Shift Cullman Truck Shop

The Mechanic Maintenance 1st Shift Cullman Truck Shop role is responsible for maintaining tractors, trailers, and live production equipment in operating condition, diagnosing issues, repairing and performing routine maintenance, and adhering to DOT rules and regulations. The successful candidate will have diesel mechanic experience, basic tools, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 6 months of Diesel Mechanic experience or a graduate of a Diesel Mechanic training program
• 6 months of continuous work history with one employer within the last 24 months
• Basic computer skills for data input
• Experience working with power hand tools, welder, cutting tools, test equipment, forklift, hand tools, hydraulic press, lift equipment, ladder, hydraulic hose crimper, drill press, torque wrenches up to 600 ft/lbs.
• Ability to work as part of a team and willing to work weekends and holidays if necessary
