Job Description
Assist in supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations, ensure service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards, and take charge of operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within F&B or hospitality.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive team player with good communication and leadership qualities.
- Familiar with POS systems and daily cash handling procedures.
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or related field is an advantage.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
