Job Description
We are looking for a Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of Western cuisine. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Head Chef or senior Western Chef in a high-volume environment and strong understanding of menu engineering, food costing, and inventory control.
