Job Description
Lead the planning and execution of commercial foodservice fit-out projects, ensuring alignment between operational requirements, technical constraints, and client expectations. Drive coordination across consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of kitchen systems within the overall build environment.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing commercial kitchen, foodservice, or hospitality infrastructure projects from coordination through handover.
- Working familiarity with kitchen equipment systems, ventilation and exhaust coordination, and basic drawing review or mark-up in AutoCAD.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple contractors and technical parties concurrently.
