Job Description
U-Haul is seeking a friendly, motivated Customer Service Representative to be the face of the company's exceptional service and assist customers with U-Haul products and services. The role involves working as part of a supportive team, using up-to-date technology, and participating in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers
- Clean and inspect equipment on the lot
- Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services
